Former Manchester United administrator Jose Mourinho is to get his very own show on Russian state TV station RT, the station said on Monday.
The fortnightly program titled “On the touchline with Jose Mourinho” will give inclusion of the UEFA Champions League from March 7 with the 56-year-old Portuguese examining the matches. “I’m going to talk about football on RT. What else did you think I would do?” Mourinho says in a limited time video filmed at an ice hockey arena posted on Twitter by RT Sports.
Mourinho additionally showed up at a hockey arena in Moscow’s rural areas this month, slipping on the ice and taking an awful tumble while playing out a stylized puck drop. The former Porto, Chelsea and Real Madrid chief, who was sacked by Manchester United in December, functioned as an intellectual for RT amid a year ago’s World Cup.
RT, which communicates news in English, Arabic and Spanish, says it plans to offer an elective view to what it depicts as standard western media and to familiarize watchers with Russia’s viewpoint on current undertakings.
